Calibration

Readings you can rely on

Test equipment drifts over time. Regular calibration records how accurately your instrument actually measures – in many companies this proof is a prerequisite for test results being recognised. You can create your calibration order directly online here.

Which calibration do you need?

Factory calibration

For every Testboy instrument

The factory calibration certificate confirms that the instrument has been adjusted in compliance with a quality management system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

ISO calibration

For selected test instruments

ISO calibration is carried out externally in a calibration laboratory. We offer it for the following instruments: TV 445, TV 450, TV 455, TV 456, TV 460, TV 465, TV 470 and TV 475.

DAkkS calibration

With accredited proof

The calibration is carried out in a laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, and the calibration certificate bears the DAkkS symbol. Choose this option if your client, your quality management or an auditor explicitly requires accredited proof. Only with DAkkS calibration does the instrument also receive a test label. Available for TV 460, TV 465, TV 470 and TV 475.

How it works

  1. Create the order

Select the type of calibration below and then your instruments – only instruments for which this type of calibration is available can be selected. Several instruments can be included in one order.

  2. Confirmation by email

You receive the order number by email, along with an estimate of costs and duration.

  3. Send in the instrument

Attach the order number clearly visibly to the outside of the parcel. Please only include accessories if they are to be calibrated as well.

  4. Calibration certificate and return shipment

After calibration, the instrument is returned to you with a calibration certificate – with DAkkS calibration also with a new test label.
